Trophée Pro Bono 2020 du Barreau de Paris – Paris Québec Special Prize

Ghislaine Bouillet Cordonnier, founder of Albatross, law professors Eddy Lamazerolles and Jean Marc Moulin, and Marie Alice Godot Sorine, co-founder of the legaltech company Legal Pilot, have published the book Pactes d’actionnaires et privilèges statuaires, published by EFE.

Thanks to Legaltech, this book provides digital access to models of covenants and automated clauses. The preface was written by Olivier Cousi, President of the Paris Bar.

He was awarded the Trophée Pro Bono 2020 – Prix spécial Paris Quebec by the Paris Bar Association at the Hotel de Ville de Paris on Wednesday October 14.

2/3 of royalties are donated to the Albatross Foundation’s joint responsibility program for educating children about sustainable development, which has trained over 13,000 children in China, Brazil and France. Albatross Legal, for its part, brings together a legal community of professors, lawyers and researchers, as well as a legaltech company.
