The present terms of services are applicable to Albatross Foundation (www.albatrossglobal.org), Albatross Legal (www.albatrosslegal.org) and Create2donate (www.create2donate.org), hereinafter referred to separately or together as “Albatross” or the “Site”).

V. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Prices listed on the Site are in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise and to the exclusion of the applicable custom duties.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment is due by using the included STRIPE payment method.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
